~  Self-owned:  not controlled by anyone.
Shielding unique patterns and solutions.
~  Limited:  Declared locality and area of operation.
Avoiding the possibility of power corruption.
~  Transparent:  Open accounting.
Shedding light on activity to improve it.


Not all organisational life need or should happen through the state.  But are some non-governmental organisations more positive than others?
